Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting your n8n workflows, or using any services provided by AutoNod (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Xpersify ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

AutoNod provides SaaS monitoring, error classification, notification routing, and automated recovery retries for self-hosted and cloud-hosted n8n workflow instances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate contact details. You are solely responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. - All actions and data ingested under your account. - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security or connection keys.

We offer Free tier plans and paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise): - **Billing**: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. - **Refunds**: All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated by our sales team. - **Upgrades/Downgrades**: Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments will be prorated.

You agree not to use the Service: - In any way that violates applicable local or international laws. - To scrape, abuse, or bypass rate limits of the n8n APIs or connected services. - To transmit malware, execute malicious automated scripts, or perform denial of service attacks. - To share or resell account credentials without express permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XPERSIPY AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR WORKFLOW FAILURE.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and all connection credentials will be purged from our active nodes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Pune, India.
